Refund Policy

1. Booking and Advance Payment

To book our wedding photography and/or videography services, a non-refundable advance payment is required. This advance secures your date and allows us to allocate resources for your event, declining any other inquiries for that date.

2. Cancellation by Client

In the event of a cancellation by the client, the advance payment is forfeited and will not be refunded. This is because we have reserved our time and resources for your event, and it is often not possible to re-book the date on short notice.

3. Postponement

If you need to postpone your wedding, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your new date, subject to our availability. The original advance payment will be transferred to the new date. If we are unavailable for the new date, the cancellation policy (Section 2) will apply.

4. Cancellation by Crystal Visual Media

In the unlikely event that we are unable to perform the services for your wedding due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), we will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement photographer/videographer. If a replacement cannot be found, we will refund the full amount paid to us, including the advance payment. Our liability is limited to the refund of monies paid.

5. Service Delivery

We are committed to delivering high-quality photographs and films as per our agreement. Issues with artistic style or subjective preferences are not grounds for a refund. We will work with you to address any technical issues or concerns with the final deliverables.
